On March 11, 2019, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Can-fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) approved the proposal brought before the Company’s shareholders at the meeting, in accordance with the majority required for the proposal. The proposal was described in the Company’s Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, dated January 24, 2019, and in its Proxy Statement, dated January 24, 2019, attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Form 6-K that was furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on January 24, 2019.
