As previously disclosed, on April 5, 2016, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) filed an application with the Lod District Court in Israel to approve the extension of the term of the Company’s Series 11 Warrants until October 31, 2016, which was initially set to expire on April 30, 2016 (and subsequently extended until July 21, 2016), and to allow the exercise of the Series 11 Warrants on any trading day. On June 6, 2016, this action was approved, in accordance with the majority required by a Special General Meeting of Shareholders and a Special General Meeting of Series 11 Warrant Holders of the Company. On July 13, 2016, the Court approved the Company’s application.
