On May 30, 2016, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) convened a Special General Meeting of Shareholders and a Special General Meeting of Series 11 Warrant Holders, however, both meetings were adjourned for one week to the same day, time and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Company’s Special General Meeting of Shareholders will be reconvened on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 4.00 p.m. (Israel time) at the Company’s offices located at 10 Bareket Street, Petach Tikva, Israel and a Special General Meeting of Series 11 Warrant Holders will be reconvened on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 4.30 p.m. (Israel time) at the Company’s offices in Petach Tikva, Israel.
