On December 24, 2014, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) convened a Special General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Special Meeting”), however, it was adjourned for one week to the same day, time and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Company’s Special Meeting will be reconvened on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 10:00am, Israel time at the Company’s offices located at10 Bareket Street, Petach Tikva, Israel.
