On December 31, 2013, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, OphthaliX Inc., will retrospectively analyze its Phase III dry eye syndrome study data to determine if there is a correlation between the A3 adenosine receptor biomarker and patients’ response to CF101. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
