On September 12, 2013, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release in Israel announcing the approval of the Company’s Level II American Depositary Receipt program for trading on the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets under the ticker symbol “CANFY”.
